I started trekking post turning 50, two years back. As I transitioned to high altitude trekking (did EBC this year & now preparing for Kilimanjaro early next year), I realised the criticality of starting to run as a preparation for this. I approached All in Running to be coached on how to run & couldn’t believe that I could in a period of less than 3 month’s start doing 7 kms continuous running. The other tangible progress is having a customised well thought training schedule & being able to follow it consistently. Also it is amazing to get instant feedback & inputs on a near daily basis on Apps like Training Peaks. The program is beautifully curated with diverse interventions to holistically prepare the body…running, strength training, weighted hikes, weighted stair climbing, yoga & most importantly prehab via Physiotherapy!

I remember meeting the Head Coach of All In Running for the first time at the Bhatti Ultra in 2015. He was running the 50K there and so was I. It is rare to see someone running consistently strong in that trail in the scorching heat and he was doing just that! Cut to 2017, he had established himself as a dedicated, disciplined and really good amateur runner in the Delhi running circle.
Following the journey of All In Running since its inception has been a pleasure. With the founder’s passion for the sport and his never-ending endeavour to motivate people to get outdoors, closer to nature is commendable. Besides coaching amateur runners, all that it does outside the track makes All In Running special. The Community Talks where people from sports share their experiences on a platform provided by All In Running are a great way to motivate people to get outdoors. They have also started outdoor running camps that seem quite interesting.
I am an amateur runner who doesn’t really follow any strict running plans. However, when I decided to give BQ a try last year, it was an All In Running customised plan that I followed. It was a great experience being coached by All In Running over those five months. Every aspect of my training was looked into and followed up regularly. The plan was tweaked and changed depending on how I was coping in the training sessions.
You need a guide who practices what he/she preaches and doesn’t mince his/her words when telling you where you are going wrong. You need someone you respect as a runner to take any advice from, in the first place. All that I got from All In Running.
I wish All In Running the very best and highly recommend All In Running if you wish to be guided in your amateur running goals/dreams.

In December 2016 I decided to run a half marathon (to tick it off my bucket list). Someone recommended that I train with a coach and recommended All In Running. I was of the opinion that there is no need for a coach to run, it is a simple sport. But today, I am thankful for that advice.
That one suggestion not only helped me become a better runner but also helped me in various other ways. All In Running founder and mentor is a thorough professional.
He never exaggerates or underestimates one’s potential. The All In Running training plans are very methodical and the coaches take a personal interest in ensuring that anyone on the All In Running training plan achieves his/her true potential. The approach is very scientific which includes customized training plans, consulting the best sports physiotherapist and very robust race strategies.
For someone like me who keeps getting injured, there were times when we had to change the training plan on a weekly basis but the All In Running team did it with a smile. Unlike a lot of other coaches who have one formula fits all sort of approach, All In Running understands that each individual is different, with different abilities, schedule and travel plans. All In Running customizes the training plans as per each individual and the coaches follow up regularly. The weekly emails and phone calls are very detailed and keep one updated about the progress he/she is making. I wish All In Running the best!

I have always been self-coached ever since I started running 3 years ago. So, it took careful consideration when I finally decided I was ready to commit to finding a running coach to help me achieve a specific goal for myself – my first Ultra Marathon – The Khardung La Challenge. I signed up with All In Running and trained for 6 months in preparation for the run. They put together a tough but manageable training program for me. Everything was tailored to my specific needs. The Head Coach at All In Running monitored my progress and offered advice and encouragement throughout the process. I have been very impressed with the team’s passion for helping running, and their ability to connect with each one of them to make them feel special. Very attentive to the runners’ needs, the coach knows the limits and how far can he push them. While training with All In Running, I achieved significant personal bests in both 10K and a half marathon. Training with All In Running has not only increased my physical strength, but my self-confidence as well. I highly recommend All In Running to any athlete looking for guidance to improve their running, nutrition or overall fitness.

All In Running introduced me to long distance running. It has been a wonderful journey as it helps me to stay fit and spend more time with my family and friends while training and on race days. My training under All In Running has been very methodical and that makes it a great experience. All In Running training plans are personalized to the T and their guidance keeps one on the right track to achieve personal goals.
I cannot miss mentioning what a beautiful experience is to be part of the All In Running community. As a member of the All In Running community one cannot stay away from running for too long. One keeps going back to enjoy the company of fellow runners for motivation and encouragement.

Whether you are an elite and accomplished runner or a beginner, the All In-Running program has been experimented with and perfected to have a transformational impact on individuals seeking to improve their running journey! When done the right way, the journey becomes meaningful, enjoyable, and a virtuous one.
The above describes my view of the All In-Running program. For me, 2017 was path-breaking as I chance met, the founder and mentor at All In Running and chose to join his recently started running program. I soon achieved my cherished goal of a sub-2-hour half marathon in my 50th year, and then bettered it the next year! I have since then regularly stepped out of my comfort zone and experienced many a-ha’s. Importantly, I learned much from my failures.
The eco-system of All In Running, where there is an abundance of inspiration and motivation from fellow runners and members of the program, is like being on a continuous dosage of steroids.
The simplicity, straightforwardness, and values to which the All In-Running team adheres is a refreshing change and has impacted me to think differently. I wish much success to All In Running!
