A long and rewarding day today, as we climb up to the Hanumangarh peak, the highest point in Bir.
Early morning, a 15km drive takes us to Billing, the paragliding take-off site at 2450m, where our run commences. The initial 6km climbs gradually on a well-maintained jeep track, the winding road offers glimpses of scary yet awe-inspiring cliff sides until we reach Chaina Pass. Taking a narrow trail up, we hike/run into the forest, every few kilometers, the forest gives way to meadows that overlook the majestic mountains. Green expanses, grazing horses, and vibrant purple flowers against the backdrop of the mesmerizing Dhauladhars will create a lasting memory. The last challenging kilometer to Hanumangarh is steep and demanding, requiring unwavering determination. The summit rewards us with a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of the entire Dhauladhar range, marked by a small shrine dedicated to Lord Hanuman. Our descent takes us to Rajgunda in the Barot Valley, one of the oldest and most picturesque Himalayan villages. The quaint settlement of wood and mud houses against the mountains and Uhl River mirrors scenes from our childhood drawings. The run concludes at Chainna Pass, from where we drive back to Bir.
As the sun sets, take time to rest, recover, and relish the last evening in nature's embrace around the bonfire.

Nature's power is undeniable, and anyone who has embraced the outdoors understands the unpredictability it brings. Running amidst the serenity of single-track forest trails, navigating steep slopes, and exploring new paths involve inherent risks. The dynamic nature of the trail increases the likelihood of slipping or falling, emphasizing the critical need for runners to remain vigilant at all times—no exceptions!
To ensure your safety and well-being, All In Running extends adventure and sports insurance coverage to all participants throughout the camp's duration. This commitment reflects our dedication to your security during every trail run. It's essential to note that standard health insurance doesn't cover adventure and outdoor activities, such as hiking or trail running. Surprisingly, even injuries during a road marathon may not be covered by your insurance provider.
During all trail runs, a designated member of our support team, will carry a basic first aid kit. Multiple team members are certified in CPR and first aid response. In the event of a serious fall or injury, cooperation from the individual is crucial. Since the trails are remote with no access to motorable vehicles, extraction may involve a mule or the assistance of another person. While it might be inconvenient or painful, this is the fastest way to reach the nearest hospital or medical facility, which is typically 2-3 hours away.
While we fervently hope for the well-being of all runners, it's imperative for participants to remain aware of on-ground response and rescue situations at all times. Your safety is our top priority, and we want you to embark on this trail running adventure with peace of mind.
In alignment with the core ethos of trail running, participants are entrusted with the responsibility of being self-sufficient during their runs. This implies that no external support, be it in terms of hydration, food, or any other provision, will be extended during the runs. Runners are required to carry all necessary supplies on their own at all times throughout the outing. Please refer to the gear requirements section for comprehensive information.
We are extremely conscious of our impact on the trail. Each runner is urged to refrain from littering the trail under any circumstances. We follow "leave no trace" principles to show our commitment to preserve the trail in its pristine and natural state. Each runner is encouraged to carry a trash bag for their own waste. At the conclusion of our trail running camp, we diligently collect all our trash and bring it back to the city.
Start your trail running journey fully prepared by tapping into our exclusive pre-camp training materials and webinars. Our seasoned coaches share valuable insights into trail running techniques, strategies, and essential tips to elevate your overall experience.
