Refunds and Cancellations Policy

At All In Running, we are committed to offering top-notch coaching guidance and support for both individuals and groups. While we consistently aim for excellence, we understand that circumstances can change. Below, is our Refunds and Cancellations Policy for all our products and services.

​​ No Refund Policy:

 We do not offer refunds for any payments made for products or services at All In Running. However, in exceptional cases such as when you are facing a certified medical condition or prolonged circumstances that prevent you from participating in the training program for an extended period during the term of the agreement—we may, at the discretion of the All In Running team, offer an extension of the program duration.

Non-transferrable Policy:

Products and services purchased are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the individual or entity who made the purchase. Transfer, sharing, or reassignment of any purchased products or services to another person or group is not permitted under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:

All products and services purchased are non-refundable. However, for personal training sessions with our Running or Training Coaches ONLY, if you need to cancel a session, we require at least 24 hour’s notice. While we are unable to offer a refund, we will gladly provide an adjustment for another session at a later time within the next 3 months. Please ensure that cancellation requests are sent to our coaching team within the specified time frame.

All In Running is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may result from the use of the information, products, or services provided. Individuals engage with our content, advice, and activities at their own risk.

The individual agrees that he/she is voluntarily undertaking any of the products or services and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, or loss to their property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of any personal property.
