Bringing together the best from AIR's running, strength and nutrition programs, our group training plans offer you our holistic approach for a shorter duration, personalized, event-based plan.
You can now choose our group training plans for popular races in India, starting from 16, 20 and 24 weeks leading up to the event.
We also conduct group training programs for outdoor enthusiasts preparing for high altitude treks and climbs such as, Mt. Kilimanjaro and Everest Base Camp.
AIR group training plans are event / race specific training plans for a set period of time. Coaching calls, training plans and discussions happen weekly as a group and not on individual basis. Like Individual plans, you get an option to choose between generic or customized strength training plans under two different categories. Our group training plans are also more economical compared to individual personalized plans.
Just as our Individual plans are delivered in-app, through Training Peaks and Trainerize (premium), our group training plans too will be delivered through the training apps. Our coaching team will help you setup the accounts before plans are delivered.
We come up with various options for different events / races / climbs & treks based on difficulty level and expected fitness experience that caters to beginners, intermediate and advanced individuals. Our group training plans can start from 10 weeks in duration for fast approaching races / events. And up-to 24 weeks long that helps building a solid base for those just starting their fitness journeys.
Neither essential nor premium group training plans have nutrition plans or calls included. These however, can be purchased separately on need basis. For nutrition related doubts, you can speak with your group coach, and if he/she recommends, you can consult with our nutritionist on board for a plan or even a one-time guidance call.
