PRE-REQUISITES

  • Should meet the official qualifying criteria for the Boston marathon for your age and gender.
  • Should be running 25-30 km a week (for full marathon) & should have done a half marathon in the past 6 months.
  • Should not be nursing any injury at the start of the program.

METHODOLOGY

  • We work on a progressive training plan that is event specific.
  • Custom workouts that will prepare you for your target distance. Including running & strength.
  • Weekly calls for monitoring training progress and review.
  • Custom race plan with KM wise split will be programmed for race day.
