Partner Description

Custom stand-alone training plans (without coaching support) for self-motivated athletes. We start with a detailed conversation to assess your training goals and follow up with set up instructions for training peaks app through which we will deliver the training plan. Our training plans consists of workouts that cover minute details such as description and pacing structure that vary with each type of workout. We guide you through all our workouts to ensure clarity. We also guide you on the use of the online training platform to its potential so we take full advantage of the powerful tool. Though, not a part of the custom training plan service, we will do periodic review with you to assess progress.

ONE-ON-ONE SESSION (Running)

Partner Description

1-on-1 workout sessions to assess fitness levels and push to the limit. Whether you are new to running or an experienced athlete, a one-to-one running session with your coach can help understand multiple aspects of running well. For beginners, its a great way for us coaches to understand your current fitness levels, your form, running technique and give our inputs where necessary. When you are starting off, understanding pacing methods is crucial to ensure that you are in the right zone in training. We also assess the mental aspect of training that influences training execution, overall control and compliance. For more experienced runners, a one-on-one speed session helps in understanding the pacing strategy.

JOURNEY MAPPING

Partner Description

An hour long online conversation with our Head Coach to map out goals and develop a plan for the upcoming training block. Through the conversation we assess your fitness levels, history, talk about the goals you aspire for and set a general direction towards which the training should go in. The clarity on your future goals, from immediate ones, mid term and long term, helps us coaches design and structure the right training plan that kicks off your training block the right way. We work identifying - Running goal | Identifying key milestones / metrics we will focus on | Highlighting events & races on the calendar | Visualizing goals.

CUSTOM RACE PLANS

Partner Description

Detailed plan based on recent training data and experienced guidance to maximize performance on race day. This includes a detailed conversation to understand your current training status and data, wherein we dive deeper into the types of workouts you have been doing including training zones. So we can design a race plan that guides you down to each KM split. Our racing plans lay out KM wise pacing targets with greater detail going towards personal parameters such as - hydration | Mental preparation | Clothing and gear | Race day Logistics | Warm Up | Post Race recovery protocols

SHOE CONSULTATION

Discussion to understand running shoe technology and help identify the correct footwear. For a runner, shoe is perhaps the single most important piece of gear. There are multiple running shoe brands with numerous models spanning across multiple sub categories under running shoes. All of these differ and can often leave the buyer confused. Making the correct shoe choice will have a significant impact on running form, injury prevention, overall progression and simply running economy. We identify your running goals, planned mileage, choice of terrain, understand previous running injuries, shoe and running history, and do an online physical assessment to determine foot arch type and basic gait analysis.

ALL IN take a holistic approach towards fitness which includes educating you about the FIVE dimensions of fitness and set you rolling on the ones that need the most attention.
