All in Training is a holistic training program that covers several aspects of fitness from Running, Strength, Yoga, Nutrition etc. Under the expert guidance of the coaches, I managed to complete my 1st Half Marathon without any injuries. I would highly recommend All In to anyone looking for a positive change in their fitness journey.
