Before I started the program I was in great pain and my mobility due to a post-surgery muscle weakness and of course the pandemic added to my depression and self-doubt and a general decline in my well-being. However a few sessions into the program I started feeling motivated to overcome the initial problems with mobility and strength. Today almost 4 months into the program I feel I am more than half way to my fitness level and mobility as envisaged. I have dropped in inches and weight as well. I feel more motivated to get back to running again. While the strength training program has helped immensely; the training plans have prompted me to dream of running long distances. I am really happy that I got into this program.
