In December 2016 I decided to run a half marathon (to tick it off my bucket list). Someone recommended that I train with a coach and recommended All In Running. I was of the opinion that there is no need for a coach to run, it is a simple sport. But today, I am thankful for that advice.
That one suggestion not only helped me become a better runner but also helped me in various other ways. All In Running founder and mentor is a thorough professional.
He never exaggerates or underestimates one’s potential. The All In Running training plans are very methodical and the coaches take a personal interest in ensuring that anyone on the All In Running training plan achieves his/her true potential. The approach is very scientific which includes customized training plans, consulting the best sports physiotherapist and very robust race strategies.
For someone like me who keeps getting injured, there were times when we had to change the training plan on a weekly basis but the All In Running team did it with a smile. Unlike a lot of other coaches who have one formula fits all sort of approach, All In Running understands that each individual is different, with different abilities, schedule and travel plans. All In Running customizes the training plans as per each individual and the coaches follow up regularly. The weekly emails and phone calls are very detailed and keep one updated about the progress he/she is making. I wish All In Running the best!
