Nakul Butta is the founder and principle motivator at All In Running. He is an accomplished Indian amateur long-distance road and trail runner and a certified marathon running coach. He has won several long-distance races – ultramarathons, half marathons, trail races – and is a regular top finisher in major events around the country.

WHY SHOULD I HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL RUNNING PLAN?

An individual running plan ensures that your training aligns with your unique requirements. It maximizes efficiency by focusing on your strengths and weaknesses, leading to better results and reduced risk of injuries.

IS THERE ANY SCREENING REQUIRED BEFORE STARTING?

It’s really important key information about pre and postnatal (depending on which stage mum is in) is captured. This helps ensure no harm will come to mum or baby during exercise.
 
Information is gathered during the initial consultation and upon completion of questionnaires and forms. There maybe some circumstances where mum may need to liaise with a health care professional of GP before exercise can be started.
