All of our coaching plans and programs are delivered online. The Running plans are delivered through the Training Peaks app, a powerful platform that lets us coaches dive deeper into the specifics of your workouts that further helps us design an optimized training plan for you. 

WHAT IS A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO NUTRITION?

Holistic nutrition covers many facets beyond counting calories or micronutrients in our daily meals.

Whole and Wholesome: Our approach encourages the consumption of whole, minimally processed foods—Hearty whole grains, beans/pulses, nourishing vegetables, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, and lean proteins. Whole foods provide a broad spectrum of essential nutrients and phytonutrients that support overall health.

For nearly a decade, running has been a way of unwinding. Call it a guilt-ridden compensation for an unhealthy lifestyle, a form of meditation or precious me-time, running has been unquestionably sacrosanct. However, in the last couple of years, I had hit a lull with a huge dip in enthusiasm and performance. After careful consideration, I signed up with All In Running to rebuild my running base. Being mentored by my coach was an unusual experience initially – never had I journal led every run or discussed them at great length.

Chetan has been running & exploring trails in the Himalayas for over 10 years. He believes that being outdoors and leading an active lifestyle are the best forms of life investments. Chetan holds the experience of organizing toughest of ultra endurance challenges in the Himalayas, and is now organizing India’s only mountain trail race series, the SUMMIT RUN. Chetan has mentored and trained several amateur runners over the past few years and is excited to help more folks in the coming times.

Shreyans believes that there are no boundaries to what one can achieve, provided one receives and follows the right guidance. His running accomplishments made him realize the importance of structured training. This is what encouraged him to become a coach; to be able to provide the same structure to other runners in their running journey, even as he continues to chase his own dreams in distance running. He wants every person to realize what their bodies and minds are really capable of and then push them to achieve what they might feel isn’t possible.
